Pack Your Items
Carefully place the hats in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent crushing during transit, ensuring all original tags are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
